The Browns may just be able to get out from\u00a0Deshaun Watson<\/a>\u2019s contract after all.<\/p>\n

Cleveland Browns<\/a>\u00a0quarterback Deshaun Watson could be in danger of losing his job and the remaining money on his contract after yet another woman has come out to accuse him sexual misconduct.<\/p>\n

Mike Florio of<\/a>\u00a0NBC Sports\u2019 Pro Football Talk first reported the news that a lawsuit for sexual assault and battery had been filed in Houston that allegedly occurred in 2020.<\/p>\n

Florio explains that because of the situation, the Browns may have the option to remove themselves from the five-year deal.<\/p>\n

\u201cPlayer hereby represents and warrants (except as otherwise disclosed to club in writing), as of the date hereof, that (1) Player has not been charged with, indicted for, convicted of or pled nolo contendre to any felony and\/or misdemeanor involving fraud or moral turpitude, (ii) Player has not engaged in conduct which could subject him to a charge, indictment or conviction of any such offense, and (iii) no circumstances exist that would prevent Player\u2019s continuing availability to the Club for duration of this Contract.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cBased on the default language connected to the various guarantees, Watson doesn\u2019t necessarily have to be suspended for the payments to be voided. Instead, if he \u2018violates any material term of the Contract {included, but not limited to, Paragraph 42),\u2019 Watson has defaulted and the future guarantees can be voided,\u201d Florio explains.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Just when Deshaun Watsn thought this was over and done, his alleged actions have come bak once again.<\/div>\n
Watson narrowly avoided criminal charges in two cases as two grand juries did not think there was enough to prsue charges.<\/div>\n

The\u00a0NFL<\/a>\u00a0found he had committed sexual assault as defined by the league\u2019s conduct policy and suspended him for several games.<\/p>\n

This did not stop the Browns from trading three first-round picks to Houston, then signed Watson to a $230 million fully guaranteed contract.<\/p>\n

New Allegations Against Deshaun Watson Are Disturbing<\/h2>\n

By the end of 2022, dozens of women had settled lawsuits accusing now Browns quarterback Deshaun Watson of sexual assault and sexual harassment.<\/p>\n

We now have at least one more.<\/p>\n

In a lawsuit filed Monday, a Houston woman says Watson sexually assaulted her in her apartment in 2020 as they were supposed to go out on a date.<\/p>\n

In the lawsuit, the woman painted a timeline of events that started with Watson being angry as he couldn\u2019t find her residence to him being naked in her home.<\/p>\n

\u201cWithin minutes of arriving at Jane Doe\u2019s home, without any warning or encouragement or even knowledge he was going to do so, Watson abruptly got naked, lay on Jane Doe\u2019s bed, and demanded that Jane Doe give him a massage,\u201d the lawsuit reads. \u201cJane Doe complied due to fear.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cWatson grabbed Jane Doe\u2019s leg and positioned her so that she was lying down. Watson then partially disrobed Jane Doe and penetrated her vagina without consent, implicit or explicit. Jane Doe felt paralyzed, unsure if she should risk her safety by trying to stop Watson or endure his assault. Watson roughly sexually assaulted Jane Doe for several minutes in a \u2018missionary position\u2019 before grabbing her and flipping her over,\u201d the lawsuit claims.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

\u201cWatson continued to assault Doe aggressively from behind. Jane Doe finally gathered the courage and strength to escape Watson. Jane Doe quickly ran to her dresser to grab a heavy piece of de\u0301cor for self-defense, and yelled at Watson [to] get out of her apartment. Enraged, Watson stormed out of Jane Doe\u2019s apartment.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

This new news comes on the heels of Deshaun Watson settling out of court with at least 30 women.<\/p>\n
