Taylor Swift made a surprise appearance with boyfriend Travis Kelce at the U.S. Open men’s championship game.<\/p>\n

The women of TODAY are on Team Taylor Swift \u2014 er, Taylor Fritz \u2014 at the U.S. Open men’s championship.<\/p>\n

TODAY’s Savannah Guthrie, Hoda Kotb and Jenna Bush Hager were in the stands at Arthur Ashe Stadium in New York on Sept. 8, to cheer for tennis star Fritz during his battle against Italy’s Jannik Sinner.<\/p>\n

However, the final match of the U.S. Open brought out another star:\u00a0Taylor Swift<\/a>.<\/p>\n

In a\u00a0video on Instagram<\/a>, Savannah showed Swift and her beau, Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, in the crowd. The clip then panned over to her, Hoda and Jenna, who were all there for \u201cTaylor.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019re with Taylor,\u201d Savannah said, pausing before adding, \u201cFritz. Taylor Fritz, the player.\u201d<\/p>\n

Savannah and Hoda were then seen giggling and pointing at the court to Fritz, as opposed to Swift in the stands.<\/p>\n

\u201cRooting for Taylor obviously,\u201d the TODAY anchor captioned the post.<\/p>\n

This isn’t Savannah’s first appearance at the U.S. Open this year, though.<\/p>\n

In another\u00a0Instagram video<\/a>\u00a0with a series of photos shared Sept. 7, Savannah filmed herself enjoying the matches with her husband, Michael Feldman, as well as Jenna and Jenna’s husband, Henry Hager.<\/p>\n

As for the championship match,\u00a0Fritz ultimately lost to Sinner<\/a>\u00a0Sunday afternoon. Should he have beat the No. 1 player, Fritz would have become the first American man since 2003 to win the U.S. Open title. He was the\u00a0first American man to make the final since 2006<\/a>.<\/p>\n

As for Swift and Kelce, they drew plenty of eyes Sunday afternoon when they arrived to the game in matching red and white outfits.<\/p>\n

The \u201cAnti-Hero\u201d singer sported a gingham dress, black sunglasses and her classic red lip. Meanwhile, Kelce wore a white shirt, cream-colored cardigan and a striped bucket hat. The pair was also joined by Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes and\u00a0wife Brittany Mahomes<\/a>\u00a0to watch the match.<\/p>\n
