One of the officers involved in the detainment of\u00a0Tyreek Hill<\/a>\u00a0was handed a stiff punishment on the same day the\u00a0Miami Dolphins<\/a>\u00a0wide receiver was forced to the ground and placed in handcuffs in a shocking encounter with law enforcement.<\/p>\n According to department director Stephanie V.
