Linkin Park fans have shared their views on the band announcing a new world tour with a female vocalist joining the group.<\/p>\n

Dead Sara singer Emily Armstrong is\u00a0officially a part of the nu metal band<\/a>, now reuniting seven years after vocalist Chester Bennington died by suicide in 2017 at age 41.<\/p>\n

Alongside Armstrong, songwriter and producer Colin Brittain has also joined the band as their new drummer.<\/p>\n

Linkin Park<\/a>\u00a0shared that a six-date world tour and a brand new album, titled\u00a0From Zero<\/em>, are on the way.<\/p>\n

They also dropped a new single titled \u2018The Emptiness Machine\u2019, giving fans a taste of what the new line-up sounds like.<\/p>\n

Now, the band\u2019s most loyal fans have taken to X to voice their thoughts on Armstrong.<\/p>\n

Many have pointed out how having a female vocalist is the perfect choice to honour Bennington\u2019s legacy and start anew.<\/p>\n

\u201cGotta respect the hell out of Linkin Park, they knew they couldn\u2019t replicate Chester\u2019s voice, so they didn\u2019t even try to,\u201d one person wrote on\u00a0X<\/a>, while another deemed Armstrong a \u2018pretty great\u2019 choice.<\/p>\n
