That\u2019s sad. We should never let the color of someone\u2019s skin determine or drive our opinion or interpretation of the facts.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Caitlin Clark is top 10 in points per game, leads the WNBA in assists per game and is 4th in 3\u2019s made per game.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">She has set the WNBA record for:<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Assists in a Game<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">She as set the WNBA Rookie record for:<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">-3\u2019s made in a season<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">-3\u2019s made in a game<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">-1st Triple Double Ever<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">-1st rookie ever with 400 points, 100 rebounds and 150 assists<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Angel Reese leads the WNBA in rebounds.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Angel Reese has set the WNBA record for:<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">-First Player ever with consecutive 20 rebound games<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">-Most consecutive double doubles in a season<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">She has set the WNBA Rookie record for:<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">&#8211; Most Rebounds in a season<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">-Most Double Doubles in a season<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">-Most Consecutive Double Doubles in a season.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">No one would look at these facts and give Angel Reese the WNBA Rookie of the Year award over Caitlin Clark.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">We have never valued rebounding over scoring and assists.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Otherwise Domatas Sabonis would have won the MVP of the NBA last year since he set the NBA record for double doubles in a season.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">No. Nikola Jokic won the award and he was ranked 10th in ppg averaging a double double instead of Sabanis who was ranked 45th in ppg averaging a double double.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Angel Reese is a special player, but Caitlin Clark has earned the award.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">The Indiana Fever are a dangerous team heading into the playoffs and Caitlin Clark has earned your respect.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Stop denying the truth.<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Caitlin Clark just won the WNBA Rookie of the Year award after tonight\u2019s performance.
