The victim suffered bruises and cuts on his face and a concussion. He didn\u2019t want to press charge but changed his mind later. Strahinja was served with a third-degree charge in July and explained that he was \u201cdefending an older man that he has known for a long time.\u201d<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"h-what-does-the-future-hold-for-strahinja-jokic\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">What Does The Future Hold For Strahinja Jokic?<\/h2>\n<p>A Denver Court Judge issued a protection order that requires the 42-year-old Serb to keep his distance from the victim. The court also ordered Strahinja to return in October to complete fingerprinting and enter a plea.<\/p>\n<p>This is not the first time\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/strahinja_jokic\/\">Strahinja Jokic<\/a>\u00a0has been charged with a criminal case in Denver. In 2019, he reportedly shoved and choked a girl and also took her phone away when she tried calling 911.
