Design and decor for the wedding was done by\u00a0Altair by Janki Desai<\/em>, who were part of the estimated\u00a0$6.7 million<\/a>\u00a0(\u00a35 million) spent to put the spectacular event together, a sum which might help explain why\u00a0J-Lo<\/a>\u00a0was among the attendees.<\/p>\n Also in attendance were a number of Bollywood stars and Donald Trump Jr., the son of the current US president.<\/p>\n Obviously you don’t have Jennifer Lopez show up at your wedding if you’re not planning on having\u00a0her perform<\/a>, but the outfit she donned while on stage ended up receiving mixed reviews.<\/p>\n This was one of several outfits J-Lo wore at the wedding (Instagram\/@altair_decor)<\/cite><\/div>\n It’s a general rule of weddings that whatever you wear you don’t upstage the bride on her big day, but J-Lo got some criticism from people when she stepped out on stage wearing a\u00a0shiny leotard<\/a>\u00a0and flesh-coloured stockings.<\/p>\n The singer wore a variety of outfits including a couple of sparkly leotards and a black bodysuit and opinions were divided on whether or not she should have worn something else.<\/p>\n Some people\u00a0commented<\/a>\u00a0on videos of the wedding performance that they didn’t like J-Lo’s outfit, wondering ‘what the hell is she wearing’ and asking her ‘where the hell is ur dress’.<\/p>\n Others accused her of a ‘massive cultural sensitivity fail’ and even claimed it was a ‘vulgar dress’, though anyone who has seen Jennifer Lopez perform in the past cannot claim not to know what sort of things she’s\u00a0known for wearing on stage<\/a>.<\/p>\n This couple booked Jennifer Lopez for their wedding and by Jove that’s what they got.
