After striking a pose for the judges, the contestant continued walking to her left, where she fell completely off stage.<\/p>\n Additional footage of the moment online shows people nearby coming to her rescue and carrying her off on a stretcher to receive medical attention.<\/p>\n Just hours later, the Miss Universe Organization released an update on Henry\u2019s injuries.
