The German Society for Humane Dying (DGHS)<\/strong> confirmed that their passing occurred under a joint assisted\u2011suicide arrangement.<\/strong> According to the organization, the twins had reached out more than a year earlier, formally becoming members<\/i> and engaging in the extensive legal and medical consultations<\/i> required in Germany for such an end\u2011of\u2011life choice. <\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

They wished for their ashes to be <\/strong>placed in a single urn<\/u><\/strong><\/a>, joined alongside the remains of their mother, Elsa, and their beloved dog, Yello. “That’s what we stipulated in our wills,” Ellen disclosed<\/u><\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
