Griffith claimed Diggs allegedly made a sexual pass at him<\/a>\u00a0and then tried to threaten to kill him for turning down the alleged advances. Griffith alleges that Diggs drugged him, jerked off in front of him, and put his tongue in his ear.<\/p>\nA year before he made these claims, footage surfaced of Diggs\u2019 brother, Darez, and two other men being caught on camera appearing to orchestrate an attack in an elevator.<\/p>\n
The man was identified as Christopher Griffith. That footage has resurfaced amid Stefon Diggs\u2019 filing a defamation lawsuit.<\/p>\n
In the footage, you can see Darez trying to stop the elevator doors from shutting while Griffith tries to depart. One of them is shown kicking him in the head before he yanks him out of the elevator.<\/p>\n
A different camera caught the men engaged in a conversation after the attack, with the victim getting his chains ripped from his neck and his bag gone through.<\/p>\n
