Robinson could face the death by firing squad if convicted, as Utah is one of five states that allows that capital punishment method.<\/p>\n
Trump, who was close friends with Kirk, said he supports that penalty for Robinson.<\/p>\n
Robinson is due back in court on Jan. 16.<\/p>\n
