He would be released around two-and-a-half days later,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tmz.com\/2025\/10\/23\/jay-cutler-arrest-bodycam-dui-gun-possession\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">according<\/a>\u00a0to TMZ.<\/p>\n<div class=\"wp-block-group alignfull has-no-content-width\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<div id=\"incontent-ad-4\" class=\"pw-incontent\" data-label=\"Advertisement\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>He might be out of jail, but he cannot do what he wants.<\/p>\n<p>In his plea deal, he must also be on unsupervised probation for one year and attend a DUI safety class. His Tennessee license was also revoked.
