The\u00a0Philadelphia Eagles<\/a>\u2019 inability to play two good halves of football in the same game finally cost them, as they suffered a crushing loss to the\u00a0Denver Broncos<\/a>\u00a0on Sunday. However, social media thinks the latter got a huge assist from the refs in order to secure the 21-17 win.<\/p>\n Philly blew a 14-point fourth-quarter lead that saw them lose their first game of the season, with Denver beating them at home for the first time since 1986, also handing them an L in their first game since\u00a0the A.J. Brown drama<\/a>.<\/p>\n The Eagles would have been able to win the game with a last-gasp touchdown and nearly did so.\u00a0Dallas Goedert<\/a>, who scored one of their two TDs on the day, looked like he was pulled to the ground by a Broncos defender in the final seconds.<\/p>\n A pass interference call would have set them up for a game-winning touchdown, but the refs kept their flags.<\/p>\n \u201cHOW WAS THIS NOT A PASS INTERFERENCE??\u00a0 THE EAGLES GOT SCREWED BY THE REFS.
