The man accused of assassinating conservative hero\u00a0Charlie Kirk<\/a>\u00a0was caught on camera\u00a0a\u00a0day after the killing,\u00a0gassing up his ride at a Utah filling station.<\/p>\n

In exclusive footage obtained by Fox News Digital,\u00a0Tyler Robinson<\/a>\u00a0can be seen at a Maverik gas station, going through the motions of fueling up: from removing his Dodge Charger\u2019s gas cap to returning the nozzle to the pump.<\/p>\n

Robinson, 22,\u00a0is accused of<\/a>\u00a0fatally shooting Kirk last month during a\u00a0Turning Point USA<\/a>\u00a0event at Utah Valley University.<\/p>\n

Robinson\u2019s photo was shared with the media within hours of the murder.<\/p>\n

Someone called police in Cedar City, Utah, the morning of Sept. 11,\u00a0after spotting Robinson<\/a>\u00a0at the gas station, the outlet reported.<\/p>\n<\/figcaption>Investigators\u00a0went\u00a0to the gas station to check the business\u2019 trash cans for potential evidence.<\/p>\n

However, the video shows Robinson did not throw anything away as he pumped fuel.<\/p>\n

<\/span><\/span>Kirk,\u00a031, was killed\u00a0when a bullet pierced the left side of his neck\u00a0as he spoke at a Turning Point USA event at Utah Valley University.<\/p>\n

Robinson\u00a0faces\u00a0aggravated homicide, felony discharge of a firearm, obstruction,and witness tampering\u00a0charges in the high profile shooting.<\/p>\n

He has not yet\u00a0entered\u00a0pleas to those charges.<\/p>\n

The gas station stop happened as Robinson made his getaway from Orem to St. George, Utah.<\/p>\n

Prosecutors said they will seek the death penalty in Robinson\u2019s case.<\/p>\n<\/figcaption><\/figure>
