Did Taylor Swift make a few digs at Travis Kelce\u2019s ex on her new album? Swifties sure think so.<\/p>\n

After the \u201cLife of a Showgirl\u201d was officially released Friday, fans took to social media to comment on specific lyrics in the pop superstar\u2019s track \u201cOpalite\u201d that appear to reference\u00a0Kayla Nicole<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cTAYLOR SWIFT JUST CALLED KAYLA NICOLE TF OUT IM LIVING FOR TS12 #thelifeofashowgril,\u201d one fan\u00a0wrote on X<\/a>, while\u00a0another added<\/a>, \u201cOpalite- sweet song and the Kayla digs are savage.\u201d<\/p>\n

The line in which Swift, 35, appears to reference Nicole, 33, says, \u201cYou couldn\u2019t understand it, why you felt alone \/ You were in it for real, she was in her phone \/ And you were just a pose.\u201d<\/p>\n

Nicole dated Travis Kelce on and on for five years from 2017 to 2022.iamkaylanicole\/Instagram<\/p>\n

<\/span><\/span>The lyric appears to imply that the \u201cPre-Game with Kayla Nicole\u201d podcast host was with Kelce, 35, for clout. The former couple made several red carpet appearances together in the past.<\/p>\n

Nicole started dating Kelce in 2017 after they exchanged a few flirty interactions via Instagram before she finally slid into his DMs on New Year\u2019s Eve. Their relationship was on and off for five years.<\/p>\n

Since the Kansas City Chiefs tight end began dating Swift, however, Nicole has been frequently asked about her past romance with Kelce.<\/p>\n

In January 2024, the \u201cSpecial Forces\u201d alum shared on a podcast that she is \u201cattracted to men in positions of power,\u201d though\u00a0she was done dating athletes<\/a>.<\/p>\n

In May, Nicole\u00a0hit back at those telling her to \u201cget over<\/a>\u201d their breakup, saying, \u201cLife handed me lemons and I made a lemon martini out of it and that upsets people.\u201d<\/p>\n

Swift had never publicly spoken about Kelce\u2019s ex-girlfriend, so it appears she finally took the opportunity to address her on \u201cOpalite,\u201d which is a track\u00a0believed to be mostly about Kelce<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The biggest clue is that the NFL star was born on Oct. 5, and his birthstones are opal and tourmaline.<\/p>\n
