Early Monday morning of September 15, police arrested a man outside\u00a0Travis Kelce<\/a>\u2019s home in Leawood, Kansas. Around 2 a.m., the man jumped the fence at the Chiefs star\u2019s gated property, which had also been burglarized in the past when memorabilia was stolen.<\/p>\n

This time, the scene had nothing to do with stolen collectibles. Instead,\u00a0it came with an odd twist involving Taylor Swift,<\/a>\u00a0her legal battles, and even Justin Baldoni. Yes, it\u2019s that complicated.<\/p>\n

The Man Arrested Outside Kelce\u2019s Home<\/h2>\n

KCTV 5 confirmed that officers arrested 48-year-old Justin L. Fisher. Police charged him with entering the private residence illegally after he scaled the fence. Emergency crews responded quickly, cuffed Fisher, and moved him off the property.<\/p>\n

So why was he there at all? Reports show Fisher tried to serve Taylor Swift deposition documents linked to a case involving Baldoni\u2019s legal team and Swift\u2019s friend Blake Lively. A judge had already denied Baldoni\u2019s lawyers an extension, saying they failed to show proper diligence.<\/p>\n

\u201cThey have offered no evidence that they have served a renewed subpoena on Swift,\u201d<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0Judge Lewis Liman said, according to\u00a0CNN<\/a><\/em>. Fisher ended up outside Kelce\u2019s house, apparently hoping to deliver the papers himself.<\/p>\n

It remains unclear exactly when Fisher got the assignment or why he targeted Kelce\u2019s residence. What is clear is that police stopped him before anything worse happened.<\/p>\n
