Cardi B’s boyfriend Stefon Diggs allegedly welcomed a baby girl earlier this year.
\nAccording to court documents obtained by PEOPLE, the New England Patriots wide receiver, 31, is being accused by model Aileen Lopera, who goes by Lord Gisselle on Instagram, of fathering a baby girl, who was born this past April. Gisselle first filed documents against Diggs to determine a parental relationship of their unborn baby in December 2024, when she was pregnant.
\n“Petitioner is currently pregnant with [Diggs’] unborn child,” the filing read. At the time, Lopera requested legal and physical custody of their baby, but gave Diggs visitation rights.
\nDiggs filed a response to the suit, contesting that the baby is his. He requested genetic testing to determine whether or not he is the father.
\nHe also wrote in the documents that if it is determined that he is the father, he requests joint legal and physical custody, as well as joint payment of “reasonable expenses” of pregnancy, birth and attorney fees and costs.

\nThe documents also revealed that Lopera had named her baby daughter Charliee Harper Diggs-Lopera, giving her the professional athlete’s last name.
\n“My client looks forward to the day Mr. Diggs acknowledges and provides for his\u00a0infant\u00a0daughter in Los Angeles,” Lopera’s attorney, Tamar G. Arminak, tells PEOPLE.
\nReps for Diggs did not immediately respond to PEOPLE’s request for comment.
\nThe news comes a day after Cardi B shared that she’s pregnant with her fourth baby, her first with Diggs, due before her tour launches in February.
\n“I’m having a baby with my boyfriend,\u00a0Stefon Diggs,” Cardi told anchor\u00a0Gayle King, in a pre-taped interview for CBS Mornings.
\n“I’m happy,” continued Cardi. “I feel like I’m in a good space. I feel very strong, very powerful that I’m doing all this work \u2014 but I’m doing all this work while I’m creating a baby.”
\nCardi and Diggs have been linked since October 2024. In May 2025, the pair made their first public appearance together at a Boston Celtics and New York Knicks game at Madison Square Garden, after months of attending the same events, but arriving separately.
\nDiggs is also dad to\u00a0an 8-year-old daughter named Nova, who was born in October 2016. Cardi shares her three kids \u2014 daughter\u00a0Kulture Kiari, 7, son\u00a0Wave Set, 4, and daughter\u00a0Blossom Belle, whom she welcomed in September 2024, with estranged husband Offset.
\nIn August 2024, Cardi\u00a0announced that she was expecting\u00a0her third baby one day after filing for divorce from Offset for the second time. She shared the news by posting photos in a red dress that showed off her baby bump on Instagram.
