Travis Kelce has been changed for the better by new fianc\u00e9e Taylor Swift.<\/p>\n

Speaking with<\/a> Fox NFL sideline reporter Erin Andrews on Sunday ahead of Kansas City\u2019s Week 2 clash against the Eagles, the recently engaged Chiefs tight end<\/a> opened up about how Swift \u201chas brought excitement and a joy\u201d to his life over the past two years.<\/p>\n

\u201cShe has brought excitement and a joy for life that made me a better man, made me a better person, and made me that much more comfortable in who I am,\u201d Kelce said.<\/p>\n

First linked in 2023<\/a>, Kelce popped the question to Swift, 35, in August after two years of dating \u2014 a moment that brought on a \u201cfew tears\u201d for the three-time Super Bowl champ.<\/p>\n

\u201cThere were a few tears here and there, but, just, telling her how much she\u2019s meant to me since she\u2019s been in my life. And how I want to spend the rest of my life with her,\u201d Kelce, 35, told Andrews, who joined the couple on a offseason getaway<\/a> earlier this year.<\/p>\n

Now in his 13th NFL season, Kelce \u2014 eager to turn the page on a quiet 2024 campaign \u2014 still has a burning passion for the game, even as speculation mounts as to when he could possibly call it a career.<\/p>\n

\u201cI love what I do, I\u2019m still a kid on Sundays that still enjoys every aspect of the game,\u201d he said. \u201cI built a family here and I don\u2019t want to give that up yet, I still feel like I\u2019ve got a lot to prove.\u201d<\/p>\n
