Following his recent death, tributes for conservative activist Charlie Kirk continue to come in.<\/p>\n

Before the Dallas Cowboys took the field on Sunday to take on the\u00a0New York Giants<\/a>, the organization was one of many teams that\u00a0held a moment of silence in honor of Kirk.<\/a><\/p>\n

Kirk, a conservative activist and Trump ally, was tragically shot and killed after a single bullet struck his neck while holding an event at Utah Valley University. The event was the first stop on Kirk\u2019s \u201cAmerican Comeback Tour.\u201d<\/p>\n

Days later, the FBI announced the arrest of 22-year-old Tyler Robinson from Utah in connection with the \u201cpolitically motivated assassination.\u201d President Donald Trump made that announcement himself while revealing that Robinson\u2019s father turned him in.<\/p>\n

The Associated Press\u00a0reported<\/a>\u00a0that Robinson\u2019s father \u201csaw surveillance photos and worked with a pastor to encourage surrender in Kirk\u2019s killing.\u201d<\/p>\n

The\u00a0Tennessee Titans<\/a>, Miami Dolphins,\u00a0New York Jets<\/a>, New Orleans Saints, and Dallas Cowboys held moments of silence in honor of Christian Kirk, but not every team joined in.<\/p>\n

Many fans remained quiet while the\u00a0fan base of the Saints reportedly booed during the moment of silence.<\/a><\/p>\n

All put Kirk\u2019s photo on their video boards and asked the home crowd to stand and pay respects in the wake of Kirk\u2019s shooting last Wednesday.<\/p>\n

Mike Florio of Pro Football Talk would later report that four NFL games did not honor Kirk before their Week 2 games:<\/p>\n
