It started with a family dinner. A 22-year-old from Utah, Tyler Robinson, sat at the table and vented out his anger against Charlie Kirk. Two days later, the conservative activist lay dead on stage at Utah Valley University. Now Robinson faces accusations of murder in one of the most shocking political killings in recent memory.<\/p>\n

Robinson didn\u2019t come from a troubling background. No arrests. No criminal record, and\u00a0also with a good academic performance<\/a>.<\/p>\n

He grew up in Washington City, the oldest of three boys in what looked like a tight-knit family. His father worked in law enforcement. His mother filled her social media with vacation photos and proud moments. Then everything shifted.<\/p>\n

Authorities say Robinson turned sharply toward left-wing activism in recent years. He joined Antifa Discord channels and often called conservatives \u201cfascists.\u201d At the crime scene, investigators found Antifa slogans and\u00a0mocking inscriptions on bullet casings<\/a>. One casing read\u00a0\u201cHey fascist! Catch!\u201d\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>Another carried a reference to the Italian resistance song\u00a0\u201cBella Ciao.\u201d<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0A third said,\u00a0\u201cIf you\u2019re reading this, you\u2019re gay LMAO.\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n
