The sports journalist and model has been the subject of much online conversation since Kelce and Swift\u2019s relationship went public.<\/p>\n

When it comes to how she feels about her ex-boyfriend of five years being engaged, she is keeping her thoughts to herself.<\/p>\n

The 33-year-old sports reporter, who dated the\u00a0Kansas City Chiefs<\/a>\u00a0tight end for five years before their 2022 split, was stopped on the red carpet\u00a0by<\/a>\u00a0Daily Mail on Thursday at a New York Fashion Week event.<\/p>\n

When asked about Kelce\u2019s proposal to Swift. Nicole simply replied,\u00a0\u201cOh, no, no, no.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cBut I\u2019m really happy to be here at Champion, though!\u201d\u00a0<\/strong>she added.\u00a0\u201cThis is a good party.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

Although Kayla Nicole,\u00a0who said she was previously triggered by questions surrounding her<\/a>, avoided addressing the engagement, she did confirm that she is single and spoke about what she values in a partner.\u00a0\u201cI love a very honest man,\u201d she said. \u201cA man of really great character. Someone who likes to have fun. Spontaneous, great relationship with their family, and has really good girlfriends. The list is long!\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

She had to know that eventually she would face questions about her ex being engaged.<\/p>\n

Although she sidestepped questions about it,\u00a0she has been called out previously for taking shots at Swift.<\/a><\/p>\n

The on-air reporter was screenshot by Instagram users over liking a post that said, \u201cExs be trying to make you jealous with the ugliest people\u2026 B\u2013ch f\u2013k you and your new pet turtle.\u201d<\/p>\n

An even worse post she liked said, \u201cWhoever is f\u2013king my ex needs to do a better job cause they are still texting me.\u201d<\/p>\n
