TMZ Criticized for Inappropriate Background Reactions<\/strong><\/p>\n

During TMZ\u2019s live coverage of the event, laughter and applause were heard, sparking public outrage.<\/p>\n

One user wrote, \u201cThey laughed and applauded the cold-blooded murder of a husband and father on a public broadcast.\u201d<\/p>\n

Public Outcry and Accusations<\/strong><\/p>\n

Conservative commentator Laura Loomer called the incident \u201cshameful and disgusting behavior by TMZ.\u201d<\/p>\n

TMZ Issues Apology<\/strong><\/p>\n

TMZ\u2019s Harvey Levin clarified, \u201cThere were some people\u2026 who were watching a car chase.\u201d<\/p>\n

Charles Latibeaudiere added, \u201cWe acknowledge that it was horrible timing. And for that, we are sorry.\u201d<\/p>\n
