Officials believe 31-year-old David Minasvand fatally shot Karine Asatryan, 35, before taking his own life at their home in Watertown, MA, on August 31.<\/p>\n

Also killed in the incident was 80-year-old Nadia Abrahamian, who lived in a separate unit within the same residence, the district attorney\u2019s office said, according to MassLive.<\/p>\n

\u201cTragically, Madeline has now lost both of her parents. She will be lovingly raised by her aunt, Meline, who is stepping into this role with courage, tenderness, and unwavering devotion,\u201d Meline Asatryan shared on a GoFundMe page.<\/p>\n

Meline described her late sister as a \u201cbright light in the lives of everyone who knew her.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cHer warmth, kindness, and boundless compassion left a lasting impact, and her absence is deeply felt by all who loved her,\u201d she wrote.<\/p>\n

\u201cBecoming a mother filled her with immense joy and purpose,\u201d Meline continued. \u201cShe embraced motherhood with her whole heart, pouring all her love and hopes into her daughter\u2019s future.\u201d<\/p>\n

Funds raised will go toward \u201cbaby supplies, medical care, childcare, and future education\u201d for the orphaned child, Meline noted.<\/p>\n

According to an online obituary, Karine, born in Yerevan, Armenia, worked as a caregiver \u201cfor the family she lived with, giving them the same kindness and compassion she so freely shared with her own loved ones.\u201d<\/p>\n
