Democrats and liberal pundits blamed\u00a0Charlie Kirk<\/a>\u00a0and the conservative movement he championed for his own death within hours of his life being taken by an assassin at a speaking event in Utah.<\/p>\n

\u201cPolitical violence unfortunately has been ratcheting up in this country,\u201d Illinois Gov. JB Pritzker told reporters Wednesday, referencing the recent murder of Minnesota\u2019s Democratic House speaker.<\/p>\n

\u201cI think there are people who are fomenting it in this country \u2014 I think the president\u2019s rhetoric often foments it,\u201d Pritzker went on.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019ve seen the January 6th rioters who clearly have tripped a new era of political violence.\u201d<\/p>\n
