Conservative influencer Charlie Kirk is deceased at the age of 31, and\u00a0Danica Patrick<\/a>\u00a0is in shock.<\/p>\n

The right-wing talk show host and activist was\u00a0fatally shot during an event at Utah Valley University.<\/a><\/p>\n

The 31-year-old media personality was happily posting about the event, which was part of \u201cThe American Comeback Tour,\u201d in the hours before the shooting.<\/p>\n

The event also hosted his \u201cprove me wrong\u201d table, where audience members debated the activist in a public setting.<\/p>\n

At bad luck would have it, Charlie Kirk, who has been\u00a0mourned by the likes of Harrison Butker<\/a>, was talking about gun violence in America when a bullet hit him in his neck.<\/p>\n

Shortly after his death was confirmed, Danica Patrick took to her\u00a0Instagram story<\/a>\u00a0to react to the news.<\/p>\n

Patrick re-shared a picture of Kirk kissing his wife while they held their children and posted the caption, \u201cHeartbroken.\u201d<\/p>\n

Two people have since been in custody over the shooting, but both times, the men were released when it was revealed that they had nothing to do with the shooting.<\/p>\n
