Conservative activist Charlie Kirk shared a haunting final post just minutes before being shot at a campus event in Utah.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Donald Trump announced the death of the right-wing activist on his Truth Social platform.<\/p>\n

The statement reads: \u201cThe Great, and even Legendary, Charlie Kirk, is dead. No one understood or had the Heart of the Youth in the United States of America better than Charlie.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe was loved and admired by ALL, especially me, and now, he is no longer with us.<\/p>\n

\u201cMelania and my Sympathies go out to his beautiful wife Erika, and family. Charlie, we love you!\u201d<\/p>\n

The incident occurred on Wednesday, September 10, as he addressed a large crowd of students, with thousands in attendance.<\/p>\n

Kirk, the executive director of Turning Point USA, was attacked during an on-campus event at Utah Valley University (UVU) in the\u00a0U.S.<\/p>\n

Footage shared on X, formerly known as\u00a0Twitter, shows Kirk speaking at the event when a loud bang is heard, and he appears to be struck in the neck.<\/p>\n

The video depicts the conservative commentator shutting his eyes and falling backward in his chair as blood is seen coming from the wound.<\/p>\n

But just minutes before his brutal death, the activist shared a haunting final post.<\/p>\n

Kirk shared a post addressing the stabbing of 23-year-old Iryna Zarutska late last month, who died after being fatally struck on a train in North Carolina,\u00a0U.S.<\/p>\n

The young woman had recently arrived in the U.S. seeking safety and \u2018new beginnings\u2019 after fleeing her war-torn country.<\/p>\n

Decarlos Brown Jr., a 34-year-old, has been subsequently charged with first-degree murder, after striking the woman three times.<\/p>\n

Kirk had paid tribute to the young woman just prior to his own death.<\/p>\n

Posting on X, he wrote: \u201cIf we want things to change, it\u2019s 100% necessary to politicize the senseless murder of Iryna Zarutska because it was politics that allowed a savage monster with 14 priors to be free on the streets to kill her.\u201d<\/p>\n

Following Kirk\u2019s brutal death, The Justice Department is investigating the shooting, as Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche described it as a \u2018senseless act of violence.\u2019<\/p>\n

Addressing Kirk\u2019s final post, one fan on X wrote: \u201cIf this was your final statement, rest assured that it will be taken to heart \u2013 both for her and for you.\u201d<\/p>\n
