CeeDee Lamb is in a holdout with the hope of getting a new contract that will easily exceed $100 million. The 2020 first-round pick is entering the fifth and final year of his rookie contract.<\/p>\n

Per\u00a0The Athletic\u2019s<\/a>\u00a0Jon Machota, Jones told reporters that he feels no \u201curgency\u201d to get an extension done with Lamb. Obviously, it\u2019s a peculiar public comment to make with Week 1 less than a month away.<\/p>\n
