It\u2019s September and that means one thing: no, not that the kids are finally back at school but Apple\u2019s announcing its latest tech.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Apple<\/a>\u2019s annual September product event is undeniably the tech<\/a> powerhouse\u2019s largest event of the year and is said to be its biggest revenue driver.<\/p>\n

Speculation had suggested that the iPhone<\/a> 17 and a new Apple Watch would be announced today in what Apple has promised to be ‘awe dropping’.<\/p>\n

Elsewhere the company touched upon the AI<\/a> plans too, which Apple\u2019s CEO Tim Cook<\/a> previously said they will be ’embedding’ into devices.<\/p>\n

“Taking a step back, we see AI as one of the most profound technologies of our lifetime,” Cook said back in July, per<\/a> CNN.<\/p>\n

“We are embedding it across our devices and platforms and across the company. We are also significantly growing our investments,” he added.<\/p>\n

And now it has officially announced the iPhone Air \u2014 Apple’s thinnest iPhone yet which measures just 5.6mm thick.<\/p>\n

“Our intention was to make an iPhone that feels like a piece of the future, powerful, yet so thin and light it seems to disappear in your hands,” the company said of the new device.<\/p>\n

Supposedly the device is Apple’s most durable iPhone yet, despite being its thinnest.<\/p>\n

It boasts a ceramic shield that encloses a titanium frame on both sides, The Verge reports<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Battery life also won’t be affected by the iPhone Air’s ultra slim frame, says Apple, and the device will have an ‘all day’ battery life with up to 40 hours of video playback.<\/p>\n

The iPhone Air is less than 6mm thick (Apple)<\/cite><\/div>\n

The iPhone 17 devices like the Air will come in five colors: lavender, mist blue, black, white and sage.<\/p>\n

While only Pro devices of previous iPhone models had ProMotion, the new iPhone 17 model will have this as standard. The screens are also bigger than older models and have 6.3-inch screen with smaller bezels, says<\/a> CNBC.<\/p>\n

While the screen is bigger, the device itself will be the same size as the iPhone 16.<\/p>\n

In addition to the standard iPhone and Air, Apple are releasing the Pro and Pro Max. It’s these phones that supposedly have ‘best camera system [Apple has] ever made’.<\/p>\n

The front camera has 18 megapixel center stage camera, there are three 48 megapixels cameras on the back, there’s 4x zoom at 100 millimeters and a far-reaching 8x zoom at 200 millimeters, and Tetra prison telephoto has an improved censorship image stabilization system.<\/p>\n
