Florio cited the NFL\u2019s emphasis on\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.totalprosports.com\/nfl\/nfl-refs-issue-bombshell-warning-rule-change-to-players-before-2025-season\/\">promoting better sportsmanship<\/a>\u00a0in 2025:<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\u201cOne factor will be, we\u2019re told, the manner in which Carter handles the situation after the game.
