Donald Trump\u2019s hatred of Taylor Swift has been well-documented, so it\u2019s not surprising that JD Vance is also looking for ways to rip on the Grammy Award-winning singer and\u00a0Travis Kelce<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n On Tuesday,\u00a0Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce announced their engagement<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0in an Instagram post with the caption,\u00a0\u201cYour English teacher and your gym teacher are getting married\ud83e\udde8\u201d<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n Despite his vocal hatred of Swift, President\u00a0Trump told a reporter<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0he wishes them \u201ca lot of love\u201d and called the world\u2019s biggest music star \u201ca terrific person.\u201d Vance, however, has taken a different approach.<\/p>\n During an interview with\u00a0USA Today<\/em><\/strong><\/a>, Trump\u2019s vice president (a fan of the rival Cincinnati Bengals) warned the\u00a0NFL<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0against rigging games in favor of Kansas City following Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift\u2019s engagement:<\/p>\n <\/p>\n \u201cI will say as a football fan \u2212 as a Cincinnati Bengals fan \u2212 I hope that the NFL does not put a thumb on the scale for the Kansas City Chiefs just because Travis Kelce is now getting married to maybe the most famous woman in the world.\u201d<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n Last season, the\u00a0NFL refs<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0faced countless accusations\u00a0of \u201crigging\u201d games for the Chiefs<\/strong><\/a>.
