A US Open competitor has \u2018won the hearts of fans around the world\u2019 after issuing a major update after an adult fan’s behavior towards a child was slammed online.<\/p>\n

The internet has been awash with praise for Kamil Majchrzak, a 29-year-old Polish\u00a0sportsman<\/a>\u00a0who ousted No.9 seed Karen Khachanov in a thrilling five-set match on Thursday (August 28).<\/p>\n

After beating the Russian 2-6, 6-7(4), 6-4, 7-5, 7-6(5), the former World No. 75 headed to the stands of Court 11 to sign fan photos and tennis balls.<\/p>\n

In viral\u00a0live TV<\/a>\u00a0footage, Majchrzak could be seen taking off his Asics-branded\u00a0hat<\/a>\u00a0and handing it to a young fan.<\/p>\n

Too busy giving out autographs to other kids, the athlete didn\u2019t realise that a much older US Open attendee\u00a0had made a grab for the cap too.<\/a><\/p>\n
