Taylor Swift<\/strong><\/a> and <\/span>Travis Kelce<\/strong><\/a>\u2019s engagement proves they <\/span>both<\/span><\/em> love numerology.<\/span><\/p>\n

After the couple announced their engagement Aug. 26<\/a>, the date of Taylor\u2019s appearance on <\/span>New Heights <\/span><\/em>Aug. 13 became even more significant, as it occurred exactly 13 days before. The significance? Well, as even the most casual fan of Taylor would know, her favorite number is, of course, 13.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

What\u2019s more, Taylor, 35, made a point to draw attention to her interest in numerology during her recent interview<\/a> with her then-boyfriend of two years and his brother <\/span>Jason Kelce<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cI love numerology,\u201d she said at the time. \u201cI love math stuff, I love dates. That stuff I find really fun.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

And Travis, also 35, joined in to point out some interesting numerology between the couple.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m 87,\u201d the Kansas City Chiefs player, who has donned the number for his entire NFL career, explained, \u201cand she\u2019s 13. And\u2026100.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Taylor clarified, \u201c13 plus 87 equals 100. That\u2019s numerology.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n

Jason<\/span>, 37,<\/span> joined in on the fun, adding, \u201cMy favorite number has always been 13.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cThe Life of a Showgirl\u201d singer<\/a> admitted she was already well aware of Jason\u2019s love of the number, which she called a huge green flag in her early days in Travis\u2019 romance.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cThat\u2019s part of the numerology of why we\u2019re dating,\u201d Taylor explained, with Travis chiming in, \u201cThat\u2019s part of it. It\u2019s been in my life, man.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

As for why Taylor likes the number 13 so much?\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n

My first song that ever went number one\u2014it had a 13 second intro. And every time I\u2019ve ever won an award at an award show I\u2019ve either been seated in the 13th row, or row \u2018M\u2019 which is the 13th letter.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n
