Kylie Kelce opened up about her rules for her four daughters participating in sports during the most recent episode of her Not Gonna Lie podcast<\/p>\n

The field hockey coach shares daughters Wyatt, 5, Elliotte, 4, Bennett, 2, and Finn, 4 months, with her husband, Jason Kelce<\/p>\n

Kylie admitted that her pick was “very selfish”<\/p>\n

Kylie Kelce is a passionate advocate for women in sports, but there\u2019s one sport that her four daughters will not be allowed to take part in.
\nKylie and her husband, Jason Kelce, are parents to Wyatt, 5, Elliotte, 4, Bennett, 2, and Finn, 4 months. And while Jason is a retired NFL star for the Philadelphia Eagles and Kylie is a field hockey coach, not all sports are supported in the Kelce household.
\n\u201cIt’s funny now that we have four daughters and people will always say, \u2018What’s the one sport you don’t want them to participate in?\u2019 \u201d Kylie said on the Aug. 21 episode of her Not Gonna Lie podcast. \u201cNot once have I said cheerleading … I’m going to piss off a whole community right now: It’s swimming.\u201d<\/p>\n

\"Jason<\/p>\n

Defending her decision, Kylie explained, \u201cI have a reason. I don’t wanna have to sit in a hot pool as the spectator and smell like chlorine when I leave, when I never f\u2014-ing touched the pool. That’s it. That’s literally it. That’s the whole reason. It’s not like I enjoy watching swimming.\u201d
\nKylie shared that she worked two swim meets in college, joking, \u201cI\u2019m good. I\u2019ve seen what I need to see.\u201d
\nAnd while she stands by her decision, Kylie admitted that it is a \u201cvery selfish answer,\u201d on her part, as swimming rarely produces injuries, unlike other sports .

\nKylie played field hockey at Lower Marion High School in Ardmore, Pa., as a teen and on into college at Cabrini University.
\nThe former athlete is now the coach of the girls field hockey team at her high school.
\n“All of the things that we focus on \u2014 yes, we focus on skill. Yes, we focus on endurance. We focus on all the things that could potentially help us win in field hockey, but ultimately, I’m trying to help them win at life,” she told PEOPLE in August 2024. “So all of those character-building opportunities are things that we focus on mostly.”
\nAs for Jason, he wants to get his daughters onto the ice rink.
\n“So it’d be awesome to do some ice skating before the season passes,” the proud dad told PEOPLE back in January.<\/p>\n

He added that Wyatt and Bennett are leading pretty active lifestyles as they grow up in Philadelphia.
