Taylor Swift is undoubtedly a powerhouse pop star and a sublime businesswoman – having officially made more than $2 billion (\u00a31.49bn) on her record-breaking Eras Tour<\/em>, which concluded last year.<\/p>\n

Her real estate portfolio is stacked, with The Wall Street Journal previously reporting<\/a> her eight homes are valued at over $150 million (\u00a3111.8m).<\/p>\n

Swift<\/a>, 35, also runs her own in-house media company; owns Taylor Nation, which manages her social media and merchandise, and her 12th studio album<\/a>, The Life of a Showgirl<\/em>, is on the way, with various, exclusive covers<\/a> seemingly releasing daily.<\/p>\n

According to Forbes, the \u2018Bad Blood\u2019 hitmaker\u2019s net worth is worth around $1.6 billion (\u00a31.19bn), crowning her as the richest female singer<\/a> in the world.<\/p>\n

There\u2019s actually someone ahead of her, due to their investments in luxury drink<\/a> brands, tech<\/a> and property.<\/p>\n

Of course, we\u2019re talking about rapper Jay-Z, who Forbes claimed<\/a> has a jaw-dropping $2.5 billion (\u00a31.86bn) net worth – almost double T-Swift’s!<\/p>\n

Despite not officially releasing a solo LP since 2017\u2019s 4:44<\/em>, the 55-year-old – whose real name is Shawn Corey Carter – owns his entire music catalogue, with 13 studio albums, two live records, among others, under his belt.<\/p>\n

Instead of making his billions by releasing hit after hit, Jay-Z has his fingers in many, many business pies.<\/p>\n

These include founding the entertainment<\/a> company Roc Nation, a subsidiary of Live Nation Entertainment, which he still owns and serves as Chairman.<\/p>\n

Roc Nation is a record label, talent agency, and media production firm, with artists like A$AP Rocky, Christina Aguilera and DJ Khaled on its books.<\/p>\n

In 2021, Beyonc\u00e9<\/a>‘s husband received a major payday after selling music streaming service Tidal to a financial tech company for $297 million (\u00a3221.36m), as per<\/a> Forbes.<\/p>\n

The outlet claimed that the music mogul walked away from the deal with $149 million (\u00a3111m) in cash and stock.<\/p>\n

But by far his biggest money-making venture is a boozy one.<\/p>\n

In 2006, Jay-Z bought 50 percent of luxury champagne company Armand de Brignac, acquiring the remainder of the business eight years later.<\/p>\n

Then, LVMH owner Bernard Arnault purchased 50 percent from him in 2021 for a reported $630 million (\u00a3469.53m).<\/p>\n
