They were last seen in Atwater, where Owen was spotted changing her daughter\u2019s diaper in a parking lot.<\/p>\n<div class=\"code-block code-block-1\" style=\"margin: 8px 0; clear: both;\">\n<div data-type=\"_mgwidget\" data-widget-id=\"1794805\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h3 data-start=\"413\" data-end=\"432\">The Final Hours<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"434\" data-end=\"624\">Owen had visited family earlier that day and was headed home to Sacramento County. Around 8 p.m., her SUV was recorded by a license plate reader in Atwater. That was the last known sighting.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"434\" data-end=\"624\">\n<h3 data-start=\"626\" data-end=\"645\">A Mother\u2019s Fear<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"647\" data-end=\"841\">Owen\u2019s mother, Vickie Torres, said, \u201cIt just makes it really hard for me as her mother to shut my brain off\u2026 And that beautiful little baby. God, I hope, whatever happened, she\u2019s with her mama.\u201d<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"647\" data-end=\"841\">\n<h3 data-start=\"843\" data-end=\"870\">Heartbreaking Discovery<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"872\" data-end=\"1083\">Weeks later, divers found Owen\u2019s SUV submerged in a canal.
