Zo\u00eb Kravitz revealed that Taylor Swift offered her home to her during the Los Angeles wildfires earlier this year during an appearance on Late Night with Seth Myers<\/p>\n
The actress and her mom Lisa Bonet spent two weeks at Swift’s L.A. pad, but things took a turn when Bonet’s pet snake was let loose in the property<\/p>\n

Zo\u00eb Kravitz may not be invited over to her friend Taylor Swift\u2019s house again anytime soon!
\nWhile appearing on Late Night with Seth Meyers on Tuesday, Aug. 12, Kravitz, 36, revealed that Swift, 35, kindly offered her and her mom Lisa Bonet a place to stay during the Los Angeles fires, which led to an interesting encounter involving her mom\u2019s pet snake.
\n\u201cMy mom has a pet snake and so she came over with the snake,\u201d she said, adding of having to evacuate their homes, \u201cWe ended up having to stay there for maybe about two weeks.\u201d
\n\u201cTaylor has a very beautiful house from the \u201830s, it’s just something you want to preserve and take care of,\u201d Kravitz continued. \u201c…It was the last day, I was gonna leave [for work], my mom was actually going to stay longer \u2026 and I was saying to my mom, \u2018I really want to be a good house guest \u2026 I don’t want her to even know we were here.\u2019 \u201d

The Blink Twice star said that as she was packing up her things, her mom called with a problem.
\n\u201cShe goes \u2026 \u2018I’m in a little bit of a pickle, can you come upstairs\u2019 \u2026 and she’s [in] the bathroom and she’s like crouched in the corner in this weird way,\u201d recalled Kravitz. \u201cShe’s like, \u2018so I was washing my face and I had Orpheus (the snake\u2019s name) and I just put her down for a second, closed the door and she found this little hole in the corner.\u2019 \u201d

\nKravitz said the snake had slithered into \u201ca little hole\u201d in the corner of Swift\u2019s bathroom, before Bonet, 57, quickly grabbed its tail.
\n\u201cThe hole is next to a banquette that is built into the wall that has two drawers at the bottom,\u201d she described. \u201c…So I get down the ground, I take the drawers out [and] as this is happening, the snake is getting further and further [away] \u2026 I was panicking so much.\u201d
\nKravitz said she ended up calling the house manager, who brought a crowbar to \u201ctear apart\u201d the banquette in an attempt to catch the snake.
\n\u201cWe’re ripping up the tile, we’re scratching the walls \u2026 [We] completely destroyed Taylor’s bathroom,\u201d the actress admitted. Kravitz said she offered to pay to fix the bathroom and to not let Swift, 35, know \u201cuntil it\u2019s fixed.\u201d
\n\u201cI remember calling her and saying, \u2018Hey \u2026 I wanted to talk to you about something,\u2019 \u201d recalled Kravitz. \u201cAnd she was like, \u2018Is it the fact that you almost lost a snake in the house and destroyed my bathroom?\u2019 \u201d
\nKravitz and Swift have become close friends in recent years. In 2022, Kravitz shared that the pair became close after\u00a0spending time together\u00a0in London during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020.
