I can do it. \u2714\ufe0fRaising a toddler. I can do it. \u2714\ufe0fReleasing new music. I can do it. \u2714\ufe0f\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Alongside the update, Jessie J shared a glam, golden-lit video where she stares into the camera with steely resolve before taking a deep, shaky breath. In the caption, she writes, \u201cI can rest, parent AND release new music. I didn\u2019t leave a major label after 18 years to be scared to re write the rules to fit around my life \/ health. I just have to make it realistic on what I can deliver in all roles in my life.\u201d<br \/>\nThe date \u201c29th August\u201d flashes on the screen, presumably the date of her new album.<\/p>\n<p>Our new app is here! But I LOVE music and I LOVE my life and I want to LIVE in the moment,\u201d wrote Jessie J, who\u00a0underwent a mastectomy in June for\u00a0what she described as \u201cearly breast cancer\u201d. Last week, she shared she was hospitalized for a suspected blood clot after she struggled with chest pain.<br \/>\nBut the &#8220;Bang Bang&#8221; singer is taking it all in stride, as she wrote in her caption: \u201cThat\u2019s life, things change and either we panic and get mad that it isn\u2019t what is was going to be, or we ADAPT.\u201d<br \/>\nJessie, who shares two-year-old son Sky Safir with boyfriend Chanan Safir Colman, added that she\u2019s \u201cjust flowing with life. Learning about who I am in motherhood and when my health goes left unexpectedly.\u201d<br \/>\n\u201cLife is layered and has highs and lows and we just have to keep living through all of it, the best we can.
