Texas police said Worl, who was wearing only a diaper and a pacifier, approached an 11-year-old girl and asked her to change his diaper<\/p>\n

The girl quickly took off and went to some witnesses for help<\/p>\n

A Texas man wearing only a diaper allegedly approached an 11-year-old girl and asked her for a diaper change.
\nWesley Worl, 45, is facing a charge of criminal solicitation of a minor for the Tuesday, July 29 incident.
\nAccording to police, the child was bicycling near Andy Woods Elementary in Tyler just before 6 p.m. when Worl, donning only a diaper and a pacifier around his neck, stepped out of his truck and allegedly said ‘goo goo gaa gaa’ before asking for a diaper change.
\n\u201cI guess he had seen her riding her bicycle and had pulled in to kind of get ahead of her into the parking lot of the school,\u201d Andy Erbaugh, public information officer with the Tyler Police Department, tells PEOPLE. \u201cAnd when she approached on her bicycle, he jumped out and his words were ‘goo goo gaa gaa. I need you to change my diaper.’\u201d

\n\u201cThey knew her,\u201d says Erbaugh about the witnesses. \u201cThey contacted mom and dad who went over there. They called the police immediately.\u201d
\nThe girl, he says, is \u201cquite shaken up about this obviously.\u201d
\nAfter the incident, Worl got back into his truck and drove off, but one of the witnesses took down a partial plate number.\u00a0 Police also obtained video of his truck.
\n\u201cWe got a description of him, and we put two and two together and looked, found it was Wesley Worl, got warrants on him and arrested him,\u201d says Erbaugh.
\nWorl was also charged with misdemeanor criminal trespass for a separate incident.
\nHe was booked into the Smith County Jail and is being held on a $600,000 bond.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
