It will require government oversight and approval. And we all know how Trump likes to poke the NFL from time to time.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>He doesn\u2019t just poke. He slams. The president has taken shots at NFL teams over their names. He\u2019s publicly ripped into ESPN. And let\u2019s not forget, he once took Disney-owned ABC to court for defamation. This isn\u2019t someone who lets things slide.<\/p>\n<p>Now imagine this man overseeing a federal review of a media mega-deal involving his two longtime enemies.<br \/>\nEven if Trump doesn\u2019t directly comment, he can make life miserable behind the scenes. Regulatory approvals, antitrust scrutiny, he\u2019s got tools. And he knows how to use them.<\/p>\n<p>And honestly?
