Cameras caught them hanging out with friends at an outdoor table, with Marcus shirtless while his new love interest was in a bikini.<\/p>\n<p>Marcus was also seen using a metallic device to snort a white substance. The 33-year-old was arrested in 2012 after an argument with two women at an Embassy Suites in Omaha, Nebraska.
