The idea of masturbating at work isn’t usually encouraged, but this boss actively wants her employees to do it.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Erika Lust is a pornographic film director who runs an adult entertainment company Barcelona, Spain<\/a>, and and has a so-called ‘masturbation station’ for her staff members<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Erika gives her team members an optional 30-minute break where they can get to know themselves better (if you catch my gist).<\/p>\n

Why? To help her employees<\/a> manage stress.<\/p>\n

“The truth is masturbation can help people manage stress, regulate their sleep, and connect with their body and sexual desires, among other advantages,” Erika said.<\/p>\n

Elsewhere, she told<\/a> The News Movement that masturbation ‘gets rid of anxiety’.<\/p>\n

While many would find the idea of getting it off with themselves at work unthinkable, there’s actually more people do it than you’d think<\/a>.<\/p>\n

One survey found<\/a> that a whopping 39 percent of people have masturbated on the clock.<\/p>\n

As expected, the idea of masturbating at work has long left people divided. While some see no issue with it, others were much less inclined to play with oneself in the workplace.<\/p>\n

The topic as been discussed at length on several Reddit<\/a> threads. One dated back 12 years proving that the supposedly NSFW behavior isn’t uncommon.<\/p>\n

One person posed the question ‘Do you masturbate in the office \/ during work?’ which sparked over 100 replies.<\/p>\n

“Absolutely not,” somebody commented<\/a>. “It can wait until I get home and can get comfortable. My d**k’s not going anywhere.”<\/p>\n

“You’re paid to work, not to jerk,” quipped another, while a third penned: “No, of course not.”<\/p>\n

Someone else went on to add: “Certainly wouldn’t in my office, and in the communal bathroom? Yuck.”<\/p>\n

Others were more open at the idea though. One workplace masturbator admitted: “I came here expecting to see more yes’s, I guess I’ll be the first. I mean when the mood strikes theres no stopping that train.”<\/p>\n

A second said: “Not regularly but I have done it. It was more for the novelty of getting paid to fap than anything else.”<\/p>\n

Somebody else shared that they’d done it once, but won’t be rushing to do it again.<\/p>\n

They explained: “I did it a single time, and I will never do it again. I couldn’t look my coworkers in the eye for like an hour and felt shameful for a solid week and a half.”<\/p>\n
