Coldplay\u00a0returned to the stage for the first time since\u00a0now-former\u00a0tech CEO Andy Byron was\u00a0caught on the band\u2019s kiss cam\u00a0embracing a coworker who is not his wife. While frontman Chris Martin didn\u2019t directly address the viral moment during the band\u2019s Saturday night concert in Madison, Wisconsin, he did offer a playful heads-up ahead of the night\u2019s jumbotron segment.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019d like to say hello to some of you in the crowd and put some of you on the big screen,\u201d Martin remarked with a laugh. \u201cHow we\u2019re going to do that is we\u2019re going to use our cameras and put some of you on the big screen. During the jumbotron segment at Coldplay\u2019s concert in in Foxborough, MA, earlier this week, Astronomer CEO Byron was seen embracing a woman identified by multiple media outlets as the company\u2019s Chief People Officer, Kristin Cabot. Upon realizing they were on camera, Byron quickly ducked out of view while Cabot covered her face and turned away.<\/p>\n

\u201cOh, look at these two,\u201d Coldplay frontman Chris Martin said upon spotting the pair. \u201cAll right, come on, you\u2019re OK! Oh, what? Either they\u2019re having an affair or they\u2019re just very shy.\u201d<\/p>\n

Video of the moment quickly went viral on social media, with the original TikTok racking up over 100 million views. It has also inspired numerous parodies \u2014 most notably, the Philadelphia Phillies\u00a0spoofed the pair during Friday night\u2019s game. On Saturday, Byron tendered his resignation from the company.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
