The\u00a0Coldplay<\/span>\u00a0fan who was filming when a tech firm CEO was broadcast to a stadium of people with his arm around his HR chief has spoken out about the moment \u2013 to take a cheeky swipe at the couple.<\/p>\n

Grace Springer, 28, was recording from the crowd when\u00a0Andrew Byron and Kirstin Cabot appeared on the big screen together at Boston\u2019s Gillette Stadium on Tuesday.<\/p>\n

The couple recoiled, with Byron, the head of the\u00a0AI<\/span>\u00a0startup Astronomer, diving out of view and Cabot covering her face and turning away from the camera.<\/p>\n

Coldplay\u2019s\u00a0Chris Martin<\/span>\u00a0poked at the couple on the kiss cam, jokingly speculating: \u2018Either they\u2019re having an affair, or they\u2019re just very shy.\u2019<\/p>\n

Grace, from\u00a0New Jersey<\/span>, went on to share the drama on\u00a0TikTok<\/span>, before it very rapidly grew into a viral sensation.<\/p>\n

She told the\u00a0U.S. Sun\u00a0she had no idea who they were, but but thought it was an \u2018interesting reaction\u2019 to the kiss cam.<\/p>\n

\u2018A part of me feels bad for turning these people\u2019s lives upside down, but, play stupid games\u2026 win stupid prizes,\u2019 she told the outlet.<\/p>\n

The video been seen tens of millions of times in the last three days.<\/p>\n

Fans erupted after the CEO of a billion-dollar company was caught cozying up to a female colleague on a Coldplay concert kiss cam<\/p>\n

The couple were seen covering their faces, with Byron, the head of the AI startup Astronomer, diving out of view and Cabot turning away from the camera<\/p>\n

Springer said there was \u2018a lot of talk\u2019 about the kiss cam at the show, but \u2018no one knew who they were\u2019.<\/p>\n

It has since emerged that the company the pair work for provides generative AI software to a number of major companies including Uber, Ford and LinkedIn.<\/p>\n

Byron heaped praise on Cabot in a November 2024 post about her appointment to the firm.<\/p>\n

\u2018Kristin\u2019s exceptional leadership and deep expertise in talent management, employee engagement, and scaling people strategies will be critical as we continue our rapid trajectory,\u2019 he said in a\u00a0press release.<\/p>\n

\u2018She is a proven leader at multiple growth-stage companies and her passion for fostering diverse, collaborative workplaces makes her a perfect fit for Astronomer.\u2019<\/p>\n

The Daily Mail has contacted Byron, Cabot and Astronomer for comment.<\/p>\n

Byron became CEO of\u00a0Astronomer in 2023, and the startup rapidly grew under his tenure including a reported 292% growth in revenue for its \u2018Astro\u2019 platform that year.<\/p>\n

Before working at\u00a0Astronomer, he worked at cybersecurity tech company Cybereason.<\/p>\n

As the frontman panned his \u2018kiss cam\u2019 around the crowd at Gillette Stadium in Boston on Wednesday, the pair looked horrified to be seen by thousands on the big screen<\/p>\n

A 2018\u00a0report\u00a0on the company included claims from staff that the appointment of Byron as chief revenue officer a year prior had \u2018quickly caused turmoil\u2019.<\/p>\n

Multiple former employees said Byron would lash out against staff who disagreed with him.<\/p>\n

\u2018You couldn\u2019t challenge him,\u2019 one told The Information, a tech industry outlet.<\/p>\n

Another employee said where people once \u2018loved\u2019 the company, \u2018now they hate it\u2019.<\/p>\n

In the article, Byron denied having contentious dealings with staff, recognising that \u2018difficult decisions\u2019 may have \u2018disappointed some individuals\u2019.<\/p>\n

Coldplay was performing at the ongoing\u00a0Music Of The Spheres World Tour on Tuesday night.<\/p>\n

They will next play Madison, Nashville and Miami before heading back to the UK for a string of dates in August and September.<\/p>\n
