The woman who filmed a viral moment at a Coldplay concert in Boston this week has issued a response after the video blew up around the world.<\/p>\n

To recap, you might have seen a clip of two people<\/a> seemingly embracing at the gig before jumping apart after realising they were being filmed.<\/p>\n

While at first, it seemed like the camera had captured a sweet and innocent moment, the pair’s reaction led to social media<\/a> users becoming suspicious and – after some sleuthing – the internet claimed the people in the clip were Astronomer CEO Andy Byron and Chief People Officer Kristin Cabot.<\/p>\n

Byron is married<\/a>, while Cabot is divorced and it\u2019s not clear whether she remarried. Neither of them have publicly addressed the viral video or confirmed that it’s them, with Martin heard alleging in the video at the time: \u201cOh look at these two. Either they are having an affair or they\u2019re just really shy.\u201d<\/p>\n

The pair were caught on the big screen (x\/ayeejuju tiktok\/instaagraace)<\/cite><\/div>\n

Grace Springer, who shared a video of what happened on TikTok<\/a>, explained that she had no idea who the couple were when she posted the clip.<\/p>\n

She told<\/a> The US Sun: “I had no idea who the couple was. Just thought I caught an interesting reaction to the kiss cam and decided to post it.<\/p>\n

“A part of me feels bad for turning these people\u2019s lives upside down, but, play stupid games\u2026 win stupid prizes.<\/p>\n

“I hope their partners can heal from this and get a second chance at the happiness they deserve with their future still in front of them.<\/p>\n

“I hope, for them, my video was a blessing in disguise.”<\/p>\n

So far, Grace’s video has racked up nearly 50 million views.<\/p>\n

Since the clip was released, the internet has been filled with viral memes and videos about what happened.<\/p>\n

There’s even been a fake statement released by someone claiming to be the Astronomer CEO.<\/p>\n

It reads: \u201cI want to acknowledge the moment that\u2019s been circulating online, and the disappointment it\u2019s caused.<\/p>\n

“I also want to express how troubling it is that what should have been a private moment became public without my consent. I respect artists and entertainers, but I hope we can all think more deeply about the impact of turning someone else\u2019s life into a spectacle.\u201d<\/p>\n

The statement, and others similar, have quickly been debunked, with Astronomer\u2019s Taylor Jones telling <\/a>Men\u2019s Journal: \u201cThis is not a real statement.\u201d<\/p>\n
