According to Axios, they have both been sent on leave after getting caught on camera while snuggling up at a Coldplay concert on Wednesday night.<\/p>\n

The source suggests there will be no return for the disgraced employees, noting that the company delayed its statement because Byron\u2019s exit negotiations were not expedited.<\/p>\n

The unfortunate sighting created a PR headache for Astronomer, causing damage to the company\u2019s corporate reputation as it implied that this is the type of culture and atmosphere they foster.<\/p>\n

A statement from the firm reading, \u201cAstronomer is committed to the values and culture that have guided us since our founding,\u201d<\/em> was posted on LinkedIn on Friday.<\/p>\n

\u201cOur leaders are expected to set the standard in both conduct and accountability. The Board of Directors has initiated a formal investigation into this matter, and we will have additional details to share very shortly,\u201d the statement also said.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Astronomer also claimed that Alyssa Stoddard was not at the concert, which means the woman shown smiling next to Cabot in the video was not her. They also noted that no other employees were in the viral clip circulating online.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
