A major rift is happening in the MAGA world, and Riley Gaines is at the center of it.<\/p>\n

This weekend, tension surrounding Donald Trump\u2019s handling of information related to the death and crimes of Jeffrey Epstein reached a new high. Previously, Trump questioned why the public would still be demanding answers about Epstein.<\/p>\n

\u201cAre you still talking about Jeffrey Epstein? This guy\u2019s been talked about for years\u2026 We have Texas, we have this, we have all of the things, and are people still talking about this guy? This creep? \u2026 I can\u2019t believe you\u2019re asking a question about Epstein at a time like this,\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0he said in response to a reporter\u2019s question.<\/p>\n

He would then double down by calling out backlash from his base.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhat\u2019s going on with my \u2018boys\u2019 and, in some cases, \u2018gals?’\u201d Trump posted to Truth Social.<\/p>\n

\u201cThey\u2019re all going after Attorney General Pam Bondi, who is doing a FANTASTIC JOB! We\u2019re on one Team, MAGA, and I don\u2019t like what\u2019s happening.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Then, Trump suggested files related to Epstein are \u201cfake\u201d creations of \u201cRadical Left Lunatics,\u201d writing,\u00a0\u201cWhy are we giving publicity to Files written by Obama, Crooked Hillary, Comey, Brennan, and the Losers and Criminals of the Biden Administration.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cThey created the Epstein Files, just like they created the FAKE Hillary Clinton\/Christopher Steele Dossier that they used on me, and now my so-called \u2018friends\u2019 are playing right into their hands,\u201d he continued.<\/p>\n

\u201cOne year ago, our Country was DEAD, now it\u2019s the \u2018HOTTEST\u2019 Country anywhere in the World,\u201d he concluded. \u201cLet\u2019s keep it that way, and not waste Time and Energy on Jeffrey Epstein, somebody that nobody cares about.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Riley Gaines, who lives in Nashville and is expecting her first child in September, has not been a fan of his response to this entire situation.<\/p>\n

The former Kentucky swimmer has been questioning the man she voted for at every turn with his response to the Epstein Files.<\/p>\n

In response, many of the MAGA members have been calling her out for turning on Donald Trump.<\/p>\n

The conservative activist and former college swimmer, who voted Republican in last year\u2019s election due to the party\u2019s vow to keep transgender athletes out of women\u2019s sports, wrote, \u201cIt\u2019s amazing how many people think asking legitimate, justified questions is the same as \u201cturning on\u201d someone.\u201d<\/p>\n

Ganes continued: \u201cI proudly voted for Trump twice and have no regret. I also want pedophiles to be held accountable. It\u2019s like the least controversial take in the real world lol.\u201d<\/p>\n
