Royal family fans have made a sad point about Prince George\u2019s Wimbledon appearance at the weekend, after a picture of the youngster went viral online.<\/p>\n

The annual tennis tournament finally came to a dramatic conclusion over the weekend, with Jannik Sinner winning the competition for the first time and Iga Swiatek taking home the women\u2019s singles title.<\/p>\n

And as the Championship Weekend drew in people from all over the world, there were also, of course, a slew of royals in attendance.<\/p>\n

The Prince and Princess of Wales finally made an appearance, bringing along their two eldest – Prince George<\/a>, 11, and Princess Charlotte, 10.<\/p>\n

The family watched the nail-biting men\u2019s singles match from the prestigious Royal<\/a> Box, while Kate<\/a> also handed out the trophies to the winners and runners-up throughout the weekend.<\/p>\n

However, a snap of Prince George has quickly gone viral, with many joking that he had \u2018some money on Alcaraz,\u2019 as he seemed to be looking a little bit fed up by the time Sinner took home the trophy.<\/p>\n

As an 11-year-old, we can\u2019t really blame him if he got a bit bored, especially on one of the hottest days of the year.<\/p>\n

And while some social media users found the meme hilarious, others made the important point that the little one was probably quite hot and bothered in a full suit.<\/p>\n

Simply adhering to the box\u2019s very strict dress code<\/a>, Prince George was all dressed up in a suit and tie.<\/p>\n

The Royal Box dress code outlines that men are expected to wear a jacket and tie or a full suit, while women have to follow a ‘smart attire’ dress-code.<\/p>\n

“Ladies are asked not to wear hats, as they tend to obscure the vision of those seated behind them,” the official website adds.<\/p>\n

But, some social media<\/a> users were still unimpressed by the rule and thought an exception could have been made.<\/p>\n

One Instagram user wrote: \u201cDid he have to be in a suit? Surely he could\u2019ve worn a polo and shorts????\u201d<\/p>\n

As others chimed in with: \u201cPoor child’s roasting alive. I’d be fuming too\u201d and: \u201cPoor kid is wearing a suit in burning weather.”<\/p>\n

A third penned: \u201cPoor kiddo, felt so sorry for him buttoned up in his suit & tie! No wonder he looks in a huff bless him. Nice shirt & some shorts could have done.\u201d<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, a fourth added: \u201cPoor little lad must be so hot and uncomfortable!! Surely he could’ve worn something a little less formal?\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019d be fuming wearing a suit and tie in 30 degrees, poor kid,\u201d wrote someone else.<\/p>\n

And someone else added: \u201cPoor kids probably boiling – normal kids are playing in paddling pools and eating ice cream not sat around in full suits having to be perfectly behaved whilst everyone stares at them.\u201d<\/p>\n
