According to an author, Jeffrey Epstein sent a disturbing final message just hours before he was found deceased in his prison cell.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Convicted pedophile Epstein<\/a> was found dead in his cell at the Metropolitan Correctional Center in Manhattan, New York City<\/a> in August 2019.<\/p>\n

The financier had been arrested earlier in the year and died aged 66 while awaiting trial for charges related to sex trafficking – charges<\/a> to which he pleaded not guilty.<\/p>\n

Epstein’s death was ruled as a suicide by a medical<\/a> examiner, though his lawyers challenged the conclusion and opened their own investigation.<\/p>\n

Author Michael Wolff has claimed he was the last person to hear from Epstein before his death in 2019, telling the Daily Beast Podcast: “I believe that I was\u2026I got the last message from him before he died.<\/p>\n

“And this came through one of his lawyers on a Friday evening. He died on Saturday morning.”<\/p>\n

Wolff went on to claim: “His message to me hours before this happened, and it was just in response to me asking how he was, and he said: \u2018Still hanging around’.”<\/p>\n

The New York Office of the Chief Medical Examiner found that Epstein’s injuries were consistent with suicide by hanging.<\/p>\n

Joanna Coles, host of the podcast, asked Wolff if he believed it was some kind of coded message from Epstein, to which the author responded: “No, I don’t\u2026 I don\u2019t know. I mean, it was in character.”<\/p>\n

Wolff, who has written books on Donald Trump<\/a> in the past, said Epstein often adopted a ‘unserious, ironic’ tone.<\/p>\n

Conspiracy theories<\/a> have been rift for years suggesting Epstein had some form of ‘client list’ that had rich and powerful people involved in sex trafficking.<\/p>\n

Well, after an investigation, DOJ and FBI concluded that such did not exist.<\/p>\n

The FBI\/DOJ memo stated: “This systematic review revealed no incriminating \u2018client list’. There was also no credible evidence found that Epstein blackmailed prominent individuals as part of his actions.<\/p>\n

“We did not uncover evidence that could predicate an investigation against uncharged third parties.”<\/p>\n

Commenting on people not believing that Epstein committed suicide, FBI director Kash Patel has previously said: “Well, I mean, listen – they have a right to their opinion, but as someone who has worked as a public defender, as a prosecutor who’s been in that prison system, who’s been in the metropolitan detention center, who’s been in segregated housing.<\/p>\n

“You know a suicide when you see one, and that’s what that was. He killed himself.”<\/p>\n
