A US sprinter has landed a modeling job after accidentally flashing viewers during a race last month.<\/strong><\/p>\n

During a 400m hurdles<\/a> event at the Ostrava Golden Spike meet in Czechia<\/a>, 24-year-old runner Chris Robinson suffered a rather awkward wardrobe malfunction<\/a>.<\/p>\n

While running, Robinson couldn\u2019t seem to keep himself together as his genitals became exposed for all to see.<\/p>\n

He made repeated attempts to try and cover himself, but unfortunately struggled to make the necessary adjustments.<\/p>\n

However, persevering paid off as Robinson managed to complete the race, finishing in first position, and even almost securing a personal best time.<\/p>\n

At the end of the race, Robinson knocked over the final hurdle before rolling into a somersault over the finish line.<\/p>\n

He finished with a time of 48.05, which was pretty impressive considering the distractions.<\/p>\n

Despite it being far from ideal at the time, turns out the wardrobe<\/a> malfunction could have been beneficial to Robinson, after underwear brand Shinesty apparently approached the hurdler.<\/p>\n

According to<\/a> TMZ, the brand has contacted Robinson to see if he will model their Magnum Pouch Ball Hammock, which has a front pocket 47 percent larger than the average pants.<\/p>\n

Apparently, another brand, Krakatoa, has also registered an interest in the athlete, with the CEO Alex Bortoluzzi telling the outlet: “We have a special pouch in front, to keep things separated, and not slapping around.”<\/p>\n

UNILAD has reached out to Shinesty for comment.<\/p>\n

After Robinson’s race last month, one commentator reflected on the malfunction, telling the crowds: \u201cCongratulations to Chris Robinson for battling a problem that does emerge occasionally, various parts of their equipment failure can make it very awkward.<\/p>\n

\u201cBut that was a stunning effort to be out in front, very nearly a personal best with those adjustments going on.<\/p>\n

\u201cConstant man handling going on with the left hand, but boy he just stayed in front, dipping at the line and getting home in the lead.\u201d<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, World Athletics commentator Tim Hutchings added: \u201cThat’s a brilliant run by the American to be constantly adjusting certain parts of his equipment and possibly his anatomy down the home straight there around that top bend.<\/p>\n

“He hit that ninth hurdle hard. He was having an equipment failure there. I think that is probably the politest way to put it. There hasn’t been time to censor them.”<\/p>\n

As much of the race was live, many outlets were unable to censor the footage of Robinson, with the commentators apologising for the nude scenes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
