Denise Richards and Aaron Phypers are divorcing after six years of marriage. The filing, citing \u2018irreconcilable differences\u2019, comes just months after the former Bond Girl confessed her now-estranged husband helped her film content for OnlyFans.<\/strong><\/p>\n

On Monday (July 7), 49-year-old Phypers filed for divorce from Richards<\/a>, 54, at a Los Angeles<\/a> court. Their split date was officially listed as July 4, as per court documents first obtained by Page Six.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s understood that the California<\/a> native has requested the court grant him spousal support, claiming he has not earned an income since shutting down his wellness business last year.<\/p>\n

He has also alleged that his and his ex-wife\u2019s monthly expenses<\/a> total $105,000.<\/p>\n

This includes: $20,000 being spent on clothes<\/a>, $18,000 on rent, $10,000 on groceries, $8,000 on utilities, $15,000 on eating out<\/a>, and $15,000 on entertainment, as per<\/a> Fox News Digital.<\/p>\n

Phypers\u2019 filing alleges Richards makes over $250,000 per month from her OnlyFans<\/a> career, her reality TV<\/a> show and brand deals. The legislation also requests Richards and Phypers divide their Smoke & Mirrors Entertainment company 50\/50, the publication reports.<\/p>\n

The pair have no minor children<\/a> together, the filing reads. This is despite Phypers reportedly being in the process of adopting Richards\u2019 13-year-old daughter, Eloise Joni, in 2019.<\/p>\n

Eloise, who was adopted by the Beverly Hills, 90210<\/em> actress in 2011, has two older half-sisters – Sami Sheen<\/a>, 21, and Lola Rose Sheen, 20.<\/p>\n

Richards shares both Sami and Lola with her first husband, Charlie Sheen<\/a>, 59, whom she was married to<\/a> between 2002 and 2006.<\/p>\n

The divorce filing comes just months after Richards admitted her husband played a key role in her \u2018quite lucrative\u2019 OnlyFans career. She made the claim during an episode of her reality show, Denise Richards & Her Wild Things,<\/em> which aired on March 25.<\/p>\n

The mom-of-three claimed Phypers was \u2018so supportive\u2019 of her new career venture, adding: \u201cHe knows what men love, and he’ll go through all the photos and say, \u2018This is good. Do this. This is what guys like.’\u201d<\/p>\n

Following in daughter Sami\u2019s footsteps<\/a>, Richards joined OnlyFans in 2022 but was worried it would impact her career going forward. However, the reality TV star claimed posting content online has actually had the opposite effect – she\u2019s now inundated with offers.<\/p>\n

These include starring alongside Mickey Rourke and the Baldwin brothers, William and Daniel, in A Walking Miracle<\/em> as well as appearing in the TV series Second Chances and in Kevin Interdonato\u2019s Dirty Hands<\/em>.<\/p>\n
